it is ideal hotel with very amiable staff, the location is absolutely perfect. the atmosphere of the property is charming. great service, the breakfast is gorgeous. keep in mind, the parking is next to the building.

The owners were friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and cosy, and the view from the balcony was very nice.

There should have been better directions on how to get there. I was aware that there was a bus going past the area every hour, but was not told where to get off and how long a walk it would be from the nearest bus stop. So I had to spend chf53 on a cab ride from Interlaken West, which I wasn't too happy about. I think the hotel's website should give guests detailed instructions to get there by bus.

View from my bedroom is facing Thun lake. It is beautiful.

As it is traditional Swiss Chalet house, insulation between room is not good enoung. You can hear room next door.

This hotel is just amazing, with great value for money! The attention to detail is simply fantastic, and the staff are always there to help you with anything you need. The rooms with a balcony really provide a stunning view over the lake and the mountains, as described in some reviews. Moreover, the breakfast served in this hotel is absolutely delicious and will give you the energy you need for a long day ahead.

All was perfect.

The hotel is located in a very good location. In the small balcony you can see the lake Thun and the mont JUNGFRAU, Monch and Eiger. The hotel host is a very nice couple, they are very helpful. The husband is hotel chef and the meal he cooked is nice and cheaper than restaurants outside.

The hotel room (room #9) we stay is very samll, even smaller than the hotel room we stayed in Paris. The price is high. Base on the the hostess' information, all hotel room has same price, next time if I can not book the big room, I will stay at another hotel.

The rooms were very nice, great confort in a typical swiss chalet. We are a familiy of 5 and were confortably installed. Good breakfast. Quiet expensive in relation with other hotels of the same category in other countries.

Quiet difficult to find the way to Beatenberg, being in Interlaken. There are nearly no signs and it was dark in the night. We also had bad time in the morning, with coulds all the time and couldn't see the mountains, which ere our main interest. It seems it may happen often in Fall time.

After my stay at this hotel, I have found several aspects that made it an exceptional experience. the hotel's location in a quiet area provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, offering stunning views over the beautiful lakes and peaks. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms with a balcony allowed me to fully appreciate the breathtaking scenery from the comfort of my own space.

There was not a single aspect of my stay that I believe could be improved. Everything was simply perfect.

That was wonderful small hotel set in safe area, so close to the hillside overlooking Interlaken and WENT TO NIEDERHORN BY CABLE CAR and cable car. The location was absolutely incredible and perfect, the staff was excellent. Plus, it was 15 minutes by car to Niederhorn Mountain. Nothing too much trouble, we spent a very good time here.

The staff was helpful, the room was well furnished, everything was great. The hotel had indeed a stunning and good location to the usual tourist spots. Further, it was close enough to the mountains, LIKE HIKING FROM THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN and Interlaken and the Alps. We really enjoyed rooms with a balcony.

The breakfast had a variety of options that included yummy homemade bread and jam. the view from the room was amazing and made us feel like we were in a postcard picture. the parking was very convenient and easy to find.

We were visiting during Thanksgiving and there were no traditional dinner options available. the blankets on the bed felt old and scratchy making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Spent a lovely Christmas in the Alps with breathtaking views and cozy accommodations. The traditional decorations and friendly staff created a homely atmosphere. The fondue dinner was a unique experience in a beautiful location with stunning mountain scenery. Bus access to nearby destinations was convenient and the balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy the views.

The location required taking a bus which ran sporadically, making timing important. The breakfast was not impressive, with limited selection and occasional shortages despite the cost of the stay.
